We are Hiring - Junior Quantity Surveyor - we are looking for passionate people who want to go the extra mile and make a mark for themselves. This is an exciting opportunity with one of our clients as a Junior Quantity Surveyor within construction Industry. To be successful in this role, you will have 3-5 years of UAE experience in a similar role. You will have proven experience in estimation and quantity surveying,
- Participate in recording the details and monitor the day works recording and process. - Price/forecast the cost of the different materials needed for the project. - Prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation - Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly. - Procure or agree the services of contractors and/or subcontractors who work on the construction of the project. - Measure and value the work done on site. - Assist the Senior QS in the preparation of variation orders and prepare reports. - Evaluate contractual claims for review by the Senior QS Assist the Senior QS in the preparation of financial statements for monthly report. - Partake in the auditing of payments to Contractors
